Employee Awards
The purpose of the department Employee of the Month Program is to formally recognize employees for outstanding performance in the workplace. The Employee of the Month is selected by a committee comprised of employee representatives from each of the divisions within the Environmental Department. Lance Johnson
Lance has been part of the City of Logan Environmental Department since early 2010. He is an equipment operator assigned to the curbside refuse collection team. Lance is a conscientious worker who does his best each day. He has gained experience in the use and execution of all the trucks in the department. Lance is willing to do what is asked of him and is not afraid to take on new challenges. He is always willing to help out his fellow co-workers, checking each day to see where he is needed to support the team and the department. He takes time to help educate customers and is always going the extra mile in all that he asked to do. Lance has a great attitude, is very friendly and considerate of others and is trusted and admired by his coworkers. Congratulations, Lance.
