Special Operations
Special Operations are low frequency high risk calls that take a large amount of training. We have to be ready to rescue in all conditions, terrain and situations. Some of these special operations include high angle rescue, ice rescue, confined space rescue, hazardous materials response, swat medic response, bomb response and bike medics. The honor guard is also included in special operations but does not respond to emergencies.
