Job Responsibilities:Responsible for all daily operations at the Aquatic Center from Interviewing, Hiring, training and supervise approximately 75 staff from lifeguards, custodians and cashiers. Maintain the pool budget and facility. Supervise staff program coordinators. Oversee all youth and adult recreation programs (participation reports, financial reports, program evaluations, scheduling of facilities, officials and scorekeepers). Manage budgets and keep inventory of equipment, purchase as needed. Also assist with Recreation Center front desk when needed. Special event planning committee member. |
