Majestic Mountain Meadows Park Design Plan
The Parks Division is responsible for the maintenance and care of the City’s public parks and trails system. This includes the personnel needed to maintain the nearly 356 acres of parkland and 11.5 miles of public trails.
The public parks system includes a popular public skate park, two nature preserves, and a variety of parks. The Parks Division is also responsible for the operation of equipment and rolling stock necessary to perform their maintenance duties.
The Division also performs construction projects for the Department, designs and develops landscape projects of various types, and provides support services for other City departments when needed. Services available through the Parks Division include park pavilion rentals.
The Parks Division is well known for having the finest parks in Cache Valley.
Dogs are allowed off leash at Harris Nature Park, Rendezvous Park, and all designated trails.
