Soccer Sports Complex
Park Type: Special Use Park/Facility
Park Location: 1500 South Legrand Street
Park History: The Soccer Sports Complex is surrounded by natural vegetation. The north portion of the park has a playground, a pavilion, and a parking lot is often used as a meeting place for local carpoolers. On the south side of the boardwalk, there’s a looped walkway around the perimeter of the soccer fields.
This facility has capacity for sixteen U-6 soccer fields, or two adult , one U-14, and one U-10 field. These fields have been used to host regional soccer tournaments but are also used on a weekly basis for local soccer leagues.
