Special Event Policy
A daily Special Event fee of $300 (plus park reservation fee) will be charged for groups that:
Charge a gate fee or charge participants.
A daily Special Event fee of $150 (plus park reservation fee) will be charged for groups that have any of the following:
- Caterer
- Inflatable (s)
- Items for sale
- Band/amplified music
- Reception
- Groups of 300 or more
- An event open to the public
Requirements:
Event details must be submitted in writing to the Parks Division Manager at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event. Must include type of event, activities, area(s), date, size of group, and any other needs. Approval will be based on availability of requested date. An additional contract may be required. Security provided by Logan City Police Department (two officer minimum dependent on type of event). Fee is $35 per hour, per officer. Contact Logan City Police at 716-9340.
Call Business Licensing at 716-9230 to see if a business license is required.
If the event is held at Willow Park B or C, both areas B and C must be reserved and the full reservation fee for each area will be charged.
