Community Development Mission 

Our mission is to fulfill the purposes specified in the "Guiding Documents": the General Plan, the Building Code, and the Land Development Code. We believe that these public documents contain requirements that will preserve and enhance the Quality of Life for the citizens of Logan. Each day we will make decisions reflective of the vision contained within the "Guiding Documents".

Zoning District Use Chart
This chart shows which uses are Permitted (P), Conditionally Permitted (C), or Not Allowed (No), within each zoning district. If you have questions regarding this chart please contact one of the planners.

Planning Commission Application
The Project Review Evaluation Program form is used for projects required to go before the Planning Commission, such as Design Review, Conditional Use Permits, Subdivisions, Rezones, or Land Development Code changes. This same application is also used for the Board of Adjustment, Board of Appeals, and 4950' Elevation. The form includes instructions and a fee schedule. The Standard Conditions of Approval apply to all projects submitted for Planning Commission approval.
