Our new electric rates took effect as of July 1. Logan’s residential rate now has 3 tiers. We are charging progressively higher rates for higher monthly consumption. We kept the same rate for the first 400 kWh, the next 600 kWh costs about 10% more than our previous rates and consumption over 1,000 kWh per month is an additional 10% higher. Using less electricity means you have a lower rate.
