The mission of the Neighborhood Council is to represent the needs and desires of residents of the various neighborhoods in Logan and strategically work with the city to help plan for future growth and development, provide a conduit for residents for to receive information and pass concerns/information on to the city, and promoting the general welfare of the neighborhoods.
Residents wanting to become involved in neighborhood districts are encouraged to contact respective neighborhood district chairs. Neighborhood concerns and issues may also be forwarded to the Neighborhood Improvement Division to obtain information and/or direction involving neighborhood well-being.

To report broader problems or concerns, in which, appropriate city resources will be notified for attention.
