It is the objective of these Rules to establish, in compliance with Ordinances of Logan City and applicable law, a system of administrative policies and procedures by which appointment to, promotion, discipline and continued employment within the classified service of Logan City shall depend on honest, efficient, loyal, energetic, and generally meritorious service to the City and its inhabitants in accordance with the highest standards of public ethics, morality, and workmanship.
