Police Adminstration Services Division
The Administrative Services Division’s (ASD) contribution to the community begins by accurately collecting and disseminating information for the purpose of public safety and records management.
The Administrative Services Division provides support for the Investigation and Patrol Divisions in the Logan City Police Department. The ASD has one Lieutenant assigned to the division; a Court Bailiff and one Evidence Technician, as well as four full-time data entry clerks. The ASD manages the release of police department records, storage, and security of all evidence, city-wide parking enforcement, dog licensing, sex offender registrations, and more.
ASD is the first point of contact for citizens to obtain information pertaining to an incident in which they have been involved. Records requests and a variety of other first-class city services are available at the police department by contacting 716-9300 for non-emergency questions.
