This project, an expansion of the Riverwoods business campus, converted blighted, undeveloped property, that was valued at roughly $4.7 million, into a vibrant business center valued at $14.7 million, yielding an additional $35,000 in additional tax revenue annually during the interim and $135,000 per year upon expiration of the project area in 2035. The project enhanced water flow through the adjacent portion of the Logan River and added a significant connection to the Logan trail system.
