The online bill pay software has recently changed. Thanks for your patience as we go through this conversion process. To make a payment you will need to create a new user profile with a new login and password. You will also need your NEW account number for this process. Please follow the steps below:

REGISTER FOR AN ONLINE ACCOUNT ON THE NEW ONLINE BILLPAY WEBSITE

After reading the instructions below go directly to https://billpay.loganutah.org.  Or from the city's main website go to: https://www.loganutah.org/ > I Want To > Pay > Utilities

YOU NEED TO CREATE A NEW LOGIN AND PASSWORD

1. First, click Create user Profile.  It will ask for your full name (exactly as it appears on your bill) and your NEW account number

(If don't know your new account number please call the Utility Billing office at 435-716-9208 to receive your new account number, or due to high call volume you may also email a new account number request to: web-concern-billpay@loganutah.org and we will reply to your email with your new account number between 8 AM and 5 PM.)

2. Next, you will select your unique username, password and an email address to activate your account.

3. Next, an email will be sent to the email provided above. If the email doesn't come directly to your inbox, check your Promotions or Spam folders. Click the link in the email to verify your account number, then your online profile is set up.
