Legal Department
The Legal Department's primary responsibility is to look after the best interests of the Logan City Municipal Corporation. As such, we have defined our clients as the various departments and divisions throughout the City, including the City Council, Planning Commission, and the numerous administrative boards.
The Legal Department provides a wide variety of legal and non-legal services and support to the municipal corporation, including overseeing the Risk Management Program for the City.
The Legal Department contracts with Cache County for its criminal prosecution.
